To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged from shipping and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
****If the item is not completely damaged, we may send a replacement part for you to perform repair yourself, or we may request that you send the item back to us for repair. In the case where we request that you send the item back for repair, we will send out a new unit to your location.
We do not accept returns in any case, unless the item arrives in damaged condition. In this case you will refunded when we have received proof from you and/or the shipper/forwarder/courier. We insure our orders, so a new item will be sent immediately after we receive sufficient proof that the original item was damaged in transit. We may request that you send your purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In most cases we are the Manufacturer and/or First Importer, and/or License Holder, and/or Authorized Distributor and/or Authorized Repair Facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is rejected, it’s because we’re sending a replacement item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to you in Thunder Bay Tokens, SYMBOL tbay.tk. We do not refund the original payment method in most cases. Thunder Bay Tokens can be traded at any exchange for any FIAT currency, or any other crypto currency.
We only refund the original payment method in a very limited set of circumstances that can change at any time and will not be listed here. Most refunds we be provided to you in crypto currency tokens.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send we’ll provide you with instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You must pay for return shipping; however, you will receive a credit in tbay.tk tokens for return shipping.
